Background
Rob joined TCV as a Venture Partner in 2024, bringing over 30 years of experience in enterprise software. Most recently, Rob was the CEO of ETQ, a TCV portfolio company in the Quality Management enterprise software space. Rob led the transformation of ETQ from a legacy software company to a modern SaaS company, culminating with the sale of ETQ to Hexagon AB in 2022. Prior to ETQ, Rob was the Group President of the Technology Platform Group at PTC, where he led the introduction of a pioneering platform for the Internet of Things. Rob currently serves on the board of Perceptyx.
Interests
When not following his wife and daughter to equestrian showjumping competitions, Rob can be found in the kitchen, chasing the elusive perfect French omelet.
Education
Rob has a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering, both from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
