Background
Arianne joined TCV in 2023 as the Head of People. She is responsible for the Firm’s talent strategy and people initiatives, as well as advancing an inclusive, collaborative, high-performance culture. Prior to TCV, Arianne worked at Goldman Sachs as the Lead HR Business Partner for Asset Management, and also focused on HR M&A People Strategy, managing the firm’s most recent acquisitions and divestitures. Arianne began her career at Goldman Sachs, where she spent over a decade holding several roles across Communications, Change Management, Strategic Sourcing, and Human Capital Management.
Interests
Arianne grew up moving throughout several countries in Latin America, before moving to New York City. She trained as a professional ballerina, competing in several competitions around the world, including the Russian Bolshoi Theater. When not working, attending her son’s soccer games, or listening to workplace podcasts, Arianne enjoys traveling (especially road trips), attending ballet, hiking, and practicing yoga. She loves being in the mountains and most recently completed a Yoga Teacher Training by Mount Shasta. She is also passionate about children’s education and serves as an active member of the Brooklyn Heights Public Library.

Arianne graduated with a B.B.A. in Marketing and Integrated Communications, summa cum laude and honorary mention, from Pace University. She speaks Spanish, English, and French.
