Bob Burke has over 35 years of experience in the technology space with both private and public companies, and is focused on investment opportunities in the software and Internet sectors. Bob was most recently the CEO of Art Technology Group (ATG) and led the turn around and rejuvenation of the business. Under Bob’s leadership, ATG became the leading ecommerce software provider and was successfully sold to Oracle for over $1B.
Before ATG, Bob was CEO of Quidnunc, a privately held web consultancy with headquarters in London and additional offices in the United States. Before Quidnunc, Bob was President of ePresence Solutions (formerly Banyan Systems), where he led the repositioning of Banyan from its legacy Network Operating System business both organically and by acquisition.
Bob started his career as an operating systems specialist at Digital Equipment Corporation and held a wide variety of roles in hardware & software infrastructure, software applications, consulting and systems integration. His most recent position at Digital was general manager of its billion-dollar plus systems integration business with operations in over 45 countries. Bob has a B.S. in Physics from Eastern Michigan University.
