Stephen joined TCV in 2012 and focuses on investment opportunities in the internet and infrastructure sectors.

Prior to joining TCV, Stephen spent several years as an Analyst and Associate with Needham & Company's technology investment banking group. While at Needham he completed a variety of public and private M&A and capital raising transactions within the Internet & Digital Media and Semiconductor sectors. Prior to joining Needham & Company he was an Associate with KPMGs Transaction Services group focusing on buy-side financial due diligence.

Stephen received a B.S. in Economics and a B.S.C. in Accounting from Santa Clara University, where he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
