Sameer joined TCV as an Associate in 2011 and focuses primarily on internet investments. Prior to TCV, Sameer was an analyst in the Technology Investment Banking Group at Morgan Stanley in New York City. While at Morgan Stanley, he worked with companies in the internet, software, and communications equipment sectors on a variety of transactions including public equity offerings, debt offerings, and strategic M&A assignments.

Sameer received a B.S. in Applied Mathematics & Statistics with a double major in Economics and a minor in Entrepreneurship & Management from Johns Hopkins University.
