Alok joined TCV as an Associate in 2012, where he primarily focuses on software investments. Prior to TCV, Alok spent several years working at J.P. Morgan in its technology investment banking group in San Francisco. While at J.P. Morgan, Alok worked with companies primarily in the software and internet sectors on a variety of M&A , debt financing transactions and public equity offerings.

Alok graduated from the Huntsman Program at the University of Pennsylvania, where he received a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School and a B.A. in International Studies from the College of Arts & Sciences with minors in South Asia Studies and Portuguese.
