Amy joined TCV in September 2011 and has over seven years of experience advising private equity firms and public companies on mergers, acquisitions and investments. At TCV, Amy’s responsibilities include deal structuring and execution, legal and compliance functions.
Previously, Amy was managing counsel and legal lead for mergers, acquisitions and investments at Electronic Arts Inc. (EA), a global leader in digital interactive entertainment. Prior to EA, Amy was an attorney at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. At Weil Gotshal, Amy had a diverse corporate practice which focused on private equity transactions, including leveraged buyouts, going-private transactions and minority investments, and mergers and acquisitions.
Amy received a B.A. in English from the Pennsylvania State University and a J.D. from the Boston University School of Law.
