Mary Jo joined TCV in January 2012 and has over 20 years advising financial services firms on human resources and organizational issues. At TCV, Mary Jo is responsible for human resource strategy and initiatives, including performance management, compensation, recruitment, employee and organizational development.

Before joining TCV, Mary Jo was at The Blackstone Group where she was a Managing Director & Chief Administrative Officer in the Private Equity and Blackstone Advisory Partners groups in London. Prior to this role, Mary Jo was a Managing Director of Human Resources in New York and London where she served as a partner with the business groups on all human resource initiatives, functions, and issues, including international expansion.

Prior to Blackstone, Mary Jo held senior Human Resources roles at Merrill Lynch, CIBC, and Alliance Capital.

Mary Jo received a B.A. in Business from Loras College and a M.A. from Columbia University.
