Vishal joined TCV as an Associate in 2012, where he focuses on investments in business and government services as well as healthcare IT. Prior to TCV, he spent several years within the investment banking group at Allen & Company in New York. While at Allen & Company, Vishal worked primarily with technology-enabled services, healthcare IT, internet and media companies on a variety of strategic advisory assignments, M&A transactions and equity offerings.
Vishal holds a B.A. in Public Policy Studies with a Certificate in Health Policy from Duke University and attended the Fuqua School of Business. Before entering finance, Vishal spent a number of years as an academic in the field of Bioethics / Neuroethics, primarily researching implications associated with new brain technologies.
